The information in the link below includes a list I found really helpful when it comes to grocery store shopping. Everyone keeps mentioning GMOs lately and how terrible they are for you but it wasn't clear until now (at least not to me) what companies were selling food I actually WANT to eat. I was really surprised to see some of the brands on the bad list. I love Larabars but they are on there (might need to make these from scratch now) and items from Food Should Taste Good.
I downloaded the app Buycott and it works really well! I have been taking it into the grocery stores with me and scanning the food I want to buy to see if it is a good company to buy from.
